  1. I’d be enthusiastic about buying too if I were given the same favorable conditions that he gets.

  2. That would be Berkshire not Buffett himself. This is his personal portfolio. If anything Berkshire actually hinders Buffett. He has always asserted that if he had less than a million bucks to work with that he could generate 50% annual returns!
