Floyd Duchesky?

Possessed

At the stroke of 4:00pm today I get a telephone call at the Reference Desk from a man inquiring if we have a book by someone named “Floyd Duchesky,” a book entitled, The Possessed. Thankfully, I look it up by title rather than name because the book was actually penned by Fyodor Dostoevsky!

Later on, I told a colleague about the transaction and he commented, “Ah yes, the great Russian writer/poet, Floyd Duchesky.”

Enough said.

    Too funny.

Say, while you are looking, do you have anything by the guy named Tool Stoy?

  2. Hi Max, how’s things? LOL… “Tool Stoy.” Actually, the same coworker then began talking about Chekhov and I was like, “Isn’t he a character on Star Trek?”
